How to book a photographer in NYC?

    WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

    Jersey city based and mainly work in NYC and all over the East Coast, but I’m always down to anything!

    HOW MANY IMAGES ARE INCLUDED?

    It varies based on each project and situation but I am an over-shooter and over-deliverer to a fault. You will have more than enough to choose from and enjoy!

    DO YOU GIVE OUT UNEDITED PHOTOS?

    Nope, the editing process is part of my creativity and I shoot images with a certain “finished product” in mind.

    HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?

    If it is 1-2 hours photoshoot, 30% downpayment is required to secure your date and time and the remaining amount you pay right after the photoshoot. I accept PayPal, Zelle or cash and you can choose the way which works better for you. If it’s wedding day or destination elopement (full day event) we can split the payment into a custom payment plan, maybe plan a monthly payment to help budget, but the remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks prior the event.

    HOW DO I BOOK YOU?

    1. Fill out the contact form.
    2. I squeal with excitement and make sure I'm open for your date.
    3. We pick a baseline coverage for your needs.
    4. 30% retainer and contract mutually signed.
    5. We happy dance and celebrate making it official!

    WHEN DO WE GET THE PHOTOS?

    Turnaround time for your photos is 10 business days, but if you want to get your pictures earlier, the is a rush fee of $150 applied and you'll get your photos in 2 business days.

    WHAT IF WE WANT TO RESCHEDULE?

    The first photoshoot rescheduling is free. For further reschedules, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply. The rescheduled session must take place within 30 days. If I determine that severe weather will impede the ability to take photos, there is no charge to reschedule.

    WHAT IF WE WANT TO CANCEL SESSION?

    If you cancel the session, I will forfeit the full initial retainer fee as the cancellation fee.

    LATE ARRIVALS POLICY

    It is the client’s responsibility to arrive at the photography session on time. Any client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time deducted from the time allotted for the session. If the Client is more than 20 minutes late, the Photographer reserves the right to leave and forfeit the retainer.

    HOW DO TRAVEL AND OTHER EXPENSES WORK?

    If there are travel fees associated with any project, they will be included in the contract and they are add-on to your chosen package. Any additional expenses that arise after the signing of the contract, such as museum entrance, park permits, a special certificate of insurance (COI) required by the venue/hotel, taxi transfers between locations on the day of shooting, etc., shall be reimbursed by the couple.
